Mornington focuses on clients in the private and governmental sector with urgent and complex issues. We help newly formed or to-be-transformed organizations, with new integration needs and changed or growing missions, and provide pragmatic solutions using strategic planning, technology and change management to resolve these challenges. We have developed unique skills in transferring best practices from the private sector to the Air Force, considering the specific requirements of an organization where results are measured in Warfighting effects. We provide thought leadership and have been highly successful in introducing new methods such as vignette analysis, lean process re-engineering, enterprise portfolio management and integrated strategic planning (Road Map) to the Operational Support Modernization Program.
