On a selective basis, Mornington personnel provide Interim Chief Operations Officers, Chief Financial Officers and Chief Information Officers. We do so when a client is in transition and may be seeking to make significant process or organizational changes. We manage the function, assess current personnel and identify competency and skill gaps, develop the Responsibility and Competency Profile, and oversee the recruitment and retention of a permanent incumbent.
